India Finsec EGM: Subsidiary IPO, Director Reappointment

India Finsec Limited has convened an EGM on April 24, 2026 via VC/OAVM to transact two special business items.
Shareholders will vote on approving the IPO of subsidiary IFL Finance Limited (formerly IFL Housing Finance Limited) on BSE and/or other exchanges.
Re-appointment of Independent Director Mr. Devi Dass Agarwal for a second five-year term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031 is also on the agenda.
