Consequently, Shri Akshay Bansal ceased to be a SMP of India Glycols Limited from the close of business hours on 30th July, 2026. The reason for change is documented as transfer to the subsidiary company.
Part ii: Material Update regarding Ennature Bio Pharma Limited
This disclosure is made with reference to Observation letter no. NSE/LIST/48932 dated 17th November, 2025 and no. DCS/AMAL/TS/R37/3905/2025-26 dated 19th November, 2025 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, respectively, received in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement.
Ennature Bio Pharma Limited, through its letter dated 31st July, 2026, communicated to India Glycols Limited that:
- The Board of Directors of EBL, at its meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the appointment of Shri Akshay Bansal (DIN: 11836049) as an Additional Director (Executive Director) & Key Managerial Personnel
- The appointment is effective from July 31, 2026
- Subject to approval of the shareholders of EBL, his appointment as an executive Director shall be for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from July 31, 2026 till July 30, 2031
It is affirmed that Shri Akshay Bansal is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority in terms of BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE Circular NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018.
