IIRM Holdings' wholly-owned subsidiary India Insure allotted 6,500 secured NCDs aggregating INR 65 crore to Kotak Credit Opportunities Fund on March 30, 2026.
The NCDs carry a blended IRR of 15.50% p.a. via 1% upfront fee, 12% p.a. quarterly cash coupon, and a redemption premium over a 4-year tenure.
Security includes first-ranking charge on receivables, hypothecation over ISRA, and irrevocable guarantees from IIRM Holdings and promoter Mr. Vurakaranam Ramakrishna.
