Board Meeting Information

1. Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 under IND-AS Rules, including:
- Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities
- Statement of Cash Flow for the half year ended September 30, 2026
- Limited Review Report submitted by Statutory auditors
2. Related Party Transactions
3. Any other items with the permission of the Chair

The trading window is currently closed since Thursday, October 1, 2026 and shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
