Mr. Surendra Kumar Sihag is a seasoned financial services leader with over 25 years of experience across housing, retail and MSME finance. His expertise includes customer service excellence, customer life-cycle management, collections and recovery, and portfolio management. He has held senior leadership positions with Aavas Financiers Ltd., Bajaj Finance Ltd., Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd., Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd., and has also been associated with GFGC. His experience spans financial services, business operations, strategic management and customer relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
