India Shelter Finance ESOP Allotment of 20,250 Shares

India Shelter Finance allotted 20,250 equity shares via ESOP exercise under two separate schemes on April 08, 2026.
Paid-up share capital increased from ₹54.38 crore to ₹54.39 crore following the ESOP allotment.
The newly allotted shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are being processed for listing.
Exercise prices ranged from ₹154.80 to ₹207.70 per share across the ESOP 2021 and ESOP 2023 schemes.
