The deal values Fintech Cloud at approximately Rs 1,500 crore, with the consideration for the 70% stake set at Rs 1,050 crore, subject to the receipt of requisite regulatory clearances and shareholder approvals.

Fintech Cloud reported FY26 revenue of Rs 133.77 crore and profit before tax of Rs 30.31 crore, indicating a rapid commercial ramp‑up for a company that is not yet five years old.

Sachin Mittal, the founder, is also the creator of Loanwalle, a digital lending marketplace, and is active as an investor, mentor, and author of several books on real estate and finance.
