- Land Area: Approximately 10.84 acres
- Project Status: Phase 1 and 3 have already received RERA registration
- Launch Timeline: Expected by mid-October 2026
- Saleable Area: 21 lakh square feet
- Gross Development Value (GDV): Approximately ₹3,700 crores
Portfolio Impact:
This new project increases the company's total GDV of all projects to ₹27,308 crores.
