Indian Bank has issued a notice regarding a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is set to take place on Friday, 10th July 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter (Q1) of the financial year 2026-27, which ended on 30th June 2026.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Additionally, the notice addresses insider trading protocols. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the bank's internal Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the bank's shares was closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their relatives, and Connected Persons. The closure became effective from 1st July 2026, as previously intimated via the bank's letter number ISC/108/2026-27 dated 22nd June 2026. The Trading Window is scheduled to re-open from 13th July 2026.
