Indian Oil Director Esha Srivastava Ceases Tenure

Ms Esha Srivastava ceased to be a Director on Indian Oil's Board effective 20th April 2026.
The change is due to completion of her central deputation tenure in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
The cessation was effective from 20th April 2026, following her ministry tenure end on 19th April.
