IndiGo Allots 43,000 ESOP Shares Under Two Schemes

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd's ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 43,000 equity shares on April 8, 2026.
34,000 shares were allotted under the 2015 ESOP scheme at an exercise price of ₹1,855.30 per share.
9,000 shares were allotted under the 2023 ESOP scheme at a par value exercise price of ₹10 per share.
The total issued share capital increased to 386,655,998 equity shares following this allotment.
