InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) has made a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 regarding temporary adjustments to its international network.

The company is temporarily suspending operations to six international destinations as part of network optimization measures. The suspensions are effective from:

  • July 1, 2026 for Langkawi, Krabi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, and Shanghai
  • July 3, 2026 for Siem Reap

All suspended services will remain temporarily suspended until September 30, 2026. The company stated that bookings for all impacted services will resume starting October 1, 2026.

The rationale provided for these adjustments includes:

  • Traditionally softer demand in the upcoming quarter
  • Incredibly challenging cost environment
  • Need to align capacity with current market conditions and demand trends
  • Elevated operating costs
  • Continued airspace restrictions

Despite these suspensions, IndiGo will retain majority of its international operations with over 1,800 weekly international flights. The company emphasized that these are measured changes designed to maintain reliability and network integrity across its global destinations.

The disclosure notes that should the environment become favorable, IndiGo stands prepared to reinstate these services earlier than scheduled with appropriate lead time. The airline will continue to monitor the situation and will proactively inform affected customers about these changes.
