The acquisition follows the execution of a share purchase agreement dated August 20, 2026 between:
- Sellers: Mr. Ketan Vinodchandra Ramani, Mr. Pritesh Vinodchandra Ramani, and Mr. Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal
- Purchaser: Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited
- Additional Party: Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited
The company confirms that there are no changes to the other details previously disclosed in their original intimation dated August 20, 2026 under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
