Indo National Board Meeting for HY September 2026 Results

Indo National Limited has scheduled a meeting of the Board of Directors on Thursday, 12th November 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Half Year ended September 30, 2026.

Results Publication

Following board approval and recording of the results, the company will arrange to publish the Unaudited Financial Results in newspapers.

Trading Window Closure

As previously notified on September 24, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons, and designated employees. The closure period began on Thursday, 1st October 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited second quarter results of the company. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Internal Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
