1. To receive, consider and adopt:

2. To declare a dividend at the rate of ₹3.75 per equity share (75% of face value of ₹5 each fully paid up) for Financial Year 2025-26.

3. To appoint a director in place of Ms. Suneeta Reddy (DIN: 00001873) who retires by rotation and offers herself for re-appointment.

4. Approval of Remuneration to Cost Auditor:

  • Remuneration: ₹1,00,000/- plus out-of-pocket expenses

5. Payment of Commission/Remuneration to Non-Executive Independent Directors:
