INDO SMC Receives ₹3525.50 Lakh Orders

INDO SMC Limited disclosed receipt of two domestic purchase orders totaling ₹35.255 crore under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
First order worth ₹24.235 crore is for supply of FRP cable trays and accessories to a Gujarat-based composite manufacturer, with a 6-month execution timeline.
Second order worth ₹11.02 crore is for FRP molded grating supply to an Ahmedabad-based trader, with a 90-120 day execution period.
Both orders are commercial, non-related party transactions with no promoter interest in the counterparties.
