Record Date and Book Closure
The Record Date for Final Dividend is fixed as Wednesday, 16th September 2026.
E-Voting Arrangements
In compliance with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015, the company has fixed September 15, 2026 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members to cast their vote electronically for the businesses to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The remote e-voting shall commence on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) beyond 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2026.
