Execution of Debenture Trustee Agreement for NCD Issuance

Indo Thai Securities Limited (the Company) has executed a Debenture Trustee Agreement with Axis Trustee Services Limited on September 11, 2026. This agreement is in connection with the offer, issuance, and allotment of Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

The total aggregate value of the NCD issuance is up to ₹100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only). The NCDs are to be issued in one or more tranches on a private placement basis. The issuance is being undertaken in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, its rules, and other applicable laws.
