Indo US Biotech Appoints Hemanshi Soni Independent Director

Indo US Biotech appointed Mrs. Hemanshi Darsh Soni as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective April 21, 2026.
The appointment is for a term of five years and is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
The appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
