Indogulf Cropsciences Limited appointed M/s NJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 to fill casual vacancy.
The appointment was approved by the Board on April 07, 2026 based on Audit Committee recommendation.
NJ & Associates is a Delhi-based firm providing legal, secretarial, and FEMA services since 2016.
The auditor will hold office until conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
