Indokem Board Approves Auditor, Director Reappointments

• Indokem Limited's Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mukund Nagpurkar as Internal Auditor for FY 2026–27.
• The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arupkumar Basu as Managing Director for a 3-year term from September 29, 2026.
• The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish M. Khatau as Whole-time Director for 3 years from March 1, 2027.
• All director reappointments are subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
