The Board of Directors of Indokem Limited is scheduled to meet on Friday, 31st July, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for insiders was closed from 1st July, 2026. The closure is a preventive measure ahead of the financial results consideration. The trading window will remain closed and is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results to the public.
