The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the company's standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The board will also take on record the limited review report for these financial results.
The company has confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for Directors, Key Management Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives/connected persons since Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
