IndoStar Capital ESOP Allotment Increases Paid-Up Capital

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited intimates allotment of 1,250 equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Plan 2018.
The allotment was approved by Managing Director Randhir Singh based on a board resolution dated May 11, 2025.
Paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹161.54 crore (16,153,726 shares) to ₹161.54 crore (16,153,851 shares).
