This disclosure informs the Eligible Equity Shareholders of a revision to the schedule of the company's partly paid-up Rights Issue, as decided by the Rights Issue Committee in its meeting held on September 09, 2026.
The Rights Issue was initially scheduled to open on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 and close on Thursday, June 25, 2026. This schedule was subsequently extended, first from Thursday, June 25, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026, and was then further postponed until further notice.
The Committee has now decided on a revised schedule. The Rights Issue will now remain open from September 15, 2026 to October 14, 2026. Furthermore, the last date for on-market renunciation has been revised to October 08, 2026.
The revised Letter of Offer (LOF) has been uploaded on the website of the BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com). The revised Letter of Offer (LOF), Abridged Letter of Offer (ALOF), Composite Application Form (CAF), Entitlement Letter, and other related issue documents shall also be made available on the company's website at www.indrayani.com.
