Indrayani Biotech's Rights Issue Committee approved the Letter of Offer and Abridged Letter of Offer for its proposed rights issue.
The Committee also approved the Composite Application Form format and detailed renunciation process instructions.
The approvals were granted during the committee meeting held on April 28, 2026.
