Meeting Details

The 35th Annual General Meeting of Indus Finance Limited was held on Friday, 10th July 2026 through Video Conferencing in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations. The meeting commenced at 4:00 PM IST and concluded at 4:25 PM IST, lasting 25 minutes.

Voting Process

KRA & ASSOCIATES Practicing Company Secretaries were appointed as scrutinizers to scrutinize voting through electronic means (remote e-voting and voting at the meeting through electronic voting system). Remote e-voting facility was provided to members, and facility to vote at the meeting through electronic voting system was made available for 15 minutes after the conclusion of the AGM. The results of e-voting will be hosted on the company's website and announced to stock exchanges within 2 working days.

A Registered Speaker greeted the panelist, shared thoughts, and posed questions before the Board. The Chairman addressed all queries raised.
