HYROX Event Format

HYROX combines running and functional workout stations where participants run 1km followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Participation Scale

The event accommodates both professional athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts. The current season is expected to engage more than 1.5 million participants in over 123 events globally.

HYROX Background

HYROX is the world's largest fitness racing series, founded in Germany in 2017. It now hosts races across more than 30 countries and six continents, with an ecosystem that includes HYROX 365 training clubs and programming, HYROX YoungStars, the Elite Series and HYROX Experiences.
