Infinite Uptime Included in Gartner 2026 Magic Quadrant for Global Industrial AIoT Platforms
Infinite Uptime, a production outcomes partner for heavy industries, announced on Wednesday, 7 October 2026 that it has been selected as one of the sixteen vendors evaluated in Gartner’s inaugural Magic Quadrant for Global Industrial AIoT Platforms for 2026. The Gartner report, authored by Scot Kim, Sudip Pattanayak, Emil Berthelsen, Sushovan Mukhopadhyay and Avinash Dev Nagumanthri, lists Infinite Uptime alongside fifteen other providers, reflecting manufacturers’ growing demand to convert large volumes of industrial data into actionable intelligence on the plant floor.
The company’s core offering, PlantOS™ Industrial Outcome Intelligence Engine, is described as a physics‑ and vertical‑aware platform that links physical asset reality and production consequences with frontline actions and validated outcomes. Unlike traditional systems that focus on anomaly detection or alerts, PlantOS™ extends intelligence to prescriptive recommendations and operator‑validated results, aiming to help reliability and operations teams translate asset and process signals into recommended actions and confirm whether those actions achieved the intended outcomes. The platform operates on a “99% Trust Loop,” which connects AI‑generated recommendations, frontline execution, and outcome validation.
Infinite Uptime reports that PlantOS™ is deployed in more than 1,000 plants across 172 customers in 28 countries, covering nine industrial verticals: steel, cement, metals and mining, paper, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and tyres. The company recently announced strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Tech Mahindra to accelerate the delivery of operator‑validated outcomes globally through Physical AI.
In a statement, Raunak Bhinge, Founder and Managing Director of Infinite Uptime, said: “Industrial AI should not stop at telling teams what is happening. Its value is realized when intelligence helps people decide what to do, act with confidence, and see the outcome of that action. Being included in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Global Industrial AIoT Platforms is an important milestone for Infinite Uptime and reflects the direction we have taken with PlantOS, from monitoring and prediction toward prescriptive intelligence and validated production outcomes.”
Karthikeyan Natarjan, CEO of Infinite Uptime, added: “The industrial AI market is moving from visibility to intelligence, and from intelligence to operator‑validated outcomes. Our focus is to make AI useful where it matters most, on the plant floor. With more than 1,000 plants using our platform, we are continuing to scale this outcome‑driven approach across heavy industry.”
The press release concludes by reiterating that inclusion in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant marks a milestone in Infinite Uptime’s journey to help manufacturers progress from asking “What happened?” and “What might happen?” to “What should we do next?” and “Did it work?”.
