Overview

Infinite Uptime Inc., a production outcomes partner for heavy industries, announced on 7 October 2026 that it has been included in Gartner’s inaugural 2026 Magic Quadrant for Global Industrial AIoT Platforms. The Magic Quadrant evaluates 16 vendors, and Infinite Uptime is listed among them.

Platform and Value Proposition

The company’s PlantOS™ Industrial Outcome Intelligence Engine is described as a physics‑ and vertical‑aware prescriptive AI platform that connects equipment and process signals to recommended actions and validates outcomes through a “99 % Trust Loop.” Unlike traditional anomaly‑detection systems, PlantOS is positioned to move industrial intelligence from monitoring and prediction to operator‑validated prescriptive actions.

Deployment Footprint

Infinite Uptime reports that PlantOS is deployed in more than 1,000 plants, serving 172 customers across nine industrial verticals—including steel, cement, metals and mining, paper, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and tyres—in 28 countries.

Strategic Partnerships

The firm recently partnered with Microsoft and Tech Mahindra to accelerate the global rollout of its outcome‑driven Physical AI solution.

Executive Comments

Raunak Bhinge, Founder and Managing Director, stated that inclusion in the Gartner Magic Quadrant marks a milestone and reflects the shift from monitoring to prescriptive intelligence. CEO Karthikeyan Natarjan added that the focus is on making AI useful on the plant floor and that more than 1,000 plants are already using the platform.
