Investment Update
Info Edge (India) Limited provides an update on its previously approved investment in Redstart Labs (India) Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary. The investment was originally approved by the Board of Directors on November 3, 2025, for an amount of approximately ₹100 Crores.
Current Investment Status
As of July 31, 2026, the Company has invested an aggregate amount of ₹88.20 Crores in Redstart Labs. This investment has been made pursuant to drawdown requests received from Redstart and in alignment with the objectives set out in the Company's previous intimation dated November 3, 2025.
Future Investment Plan
The balance amount of approximately ₹11.80 Crores will be disbursed in one or more tranches from time to time. The disbursement will be based on future fund requirements of Redstart and consistent with the objectives articulated in the Company's previous communication. The indicative time period for completion of the investment has been extended and is now expected to be completed within the next six months, based on drawdown requests received from Redstart.
