A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The agenda includes considering and taking on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), along with other matters as per the meeting agenda.

Trading Window Closure

As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the company's trading window was closed on July 1, 2026 for all directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure was previously informed to BSE via letter dated June 24, 2026.
