The company's business operations were entirely dependent on its sole remaining customer, which has transitioned its requirements toward AI-driven solutions and moved away from the traditional outsourcing services previously provided by the company.
As a result of this customer transition, the company no longer has any active customer engagements or ongoing business operations in its existing line of business. The company will continue to comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements despite the cessation of operations.
