Optimum Healthcare IT (1,600+ experts, FY25 revenue USD 275.9 million) strengthens Infosys' provider-segment healthcare digital transformation capabilities.
Stratus (450+ experts, FY25 revenue USD 42.8 million) deepens Infosys' Guidewire-led P&C insurance consulting and cloud transformation offerings.
Both acquisitions are all-cash deals expected to close in Q1 FY2027, executed through wholly-owned subsidiary Infosys Nova Holdings LLC.
