Infosys Allots 2.01 Lakh RSU Equity Shares

Infosys allotted 2,00,596 equity shares of ₹5 face value under RSU exercise on March 23, 2026.
Shares issued under two plans: 35,549 under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 1,65,047 under Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019.
Post-allotment paid-up capital rises to ₹2,027.79 crore comprising 4,05,55,91,723 equity shares of ₹5 each.
