Innovassynth Technologies rectifies an error in its April 23 Rights Issue Committee meeting disclosure regarding outstanding equity shares.
Prior to the rights issue, outstanding shares were 7,54,49,316 equity shares of ₹10 face value each.
Post full subscription of the rights issue, outstanding shares will be 9,28,60,696 equity shares of ₹10 face value each.
The XBRL filing is accurate and no other terms of the rights issue are changed.
