Innovision Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA)/work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The award was granted on the basis of competitive bidding for the engagement of a user fee agency.
The contract is for toll collection at Km 165.150 of NH-12 for the section from Sindoor River to the start of Bareli Bypass, covering from km 130.00 to km 193.00 of NH-12 in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The scope of work also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including recouping the consumable items.
The award was granted under tender ID NHAI/13013/547/CO/26-7/CB/Khiriya FP/E122884/B-1R/448. The order was granted on 25 May 2026 and received by the company on 27 May 2026.
