Approval of Material Related Party Transactions: Ordinary resolution for company-level transactions with related parties including Inox Wind Limited, Inox Renewable Solutions Limited, I-Fox Windtechnik, Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Inox Clean Energy, Inox Neo Energies, and Inox Leasing and Finance Limited with aggregate proposed limits of ₹4,130.25 Crore.
7. Approval of Subsidiary-level Related Party Transactions: Ordinary resolution for transactions between subsidiaries and related parties with aggregate proposed limits of ₹1,250 Crore.
