International School of Design (INSD) was honoured with two national awards at the 15th National Education Excellence Conclave organised by the Centre for Education Growth and Research (CEGR) at Hotel Eros, New Delhi. The institute received the “Best Design Institute in India 2026” award and the “India’s Most Promising Aviation Academy 2026” award for its newly launched INSD Aviation initiative. The awards were presented to Mr. Pranav Raaj Aggarwall, Group CEO of INSD, in the presence of dignitaries including Dr. Amit Dutta, Director of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Dr. Alka Gurjar, Member of Parliament (BJP), and Mr. Varun Tandan, CEO of the Water Management and Plumbing Skill Council.

The “India’s Most Promising Aviation Academy 2026” award recognises INSD Aviation, which extends the institute’s skill‑first philosophy to air‑hostess training, business‑class cabin‑crew training, hospitality, travel, retail and customer‑support roles, aiming to create industry‑ready talent for these rapidly growing service sectors.

INSD operates more than 75 centres across 23 states and has trained over 30,000 students to date. Its career ecosystem comprises over 500 industry recruiters and placement partners, with thousands of graduates placed in leading organisations such as Lifestyle, Lenskart, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Asian Paints, Lakmé, Gaurav Gupta and Jaipur Rugs. The highest salary package reported for an INSD student is Rs 18 lakhs per annum (approximately Rs 1.5 lakhs per month).
Historical Recognitions
Over its 15‑year legacy, INSD has received several accolades, including the “Fastest Growing Design Institute in India” award in 2023 presented by Shri Yogendra Upadhyay, Minister of Higher Education, Uttar Pradesh, and the “Excellence in Design Education” award in 2025 from the Times of India Group.
