The company provided remote e-Voting facility from August 08, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) to August 11, 2026 (5:00 PM IST) through CDSL. Members attending the AGM via VC/OAVM who hadn't voted remotely were provided e-Voting facility during the meeting and for 30 minutes after conclusion. M/s. M. D. & Associates served as Scrutinizer for the voting process.

Auditor Reports

The Joint Statutory Auditors (M/s S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP and M/s. Devesh Parekh & Co.) and Secretarial Auditor (M/s. Akash Gupta & Associates) provided unqualified opinions for FY2026 with no qualifications, observations, or adverse remarks.
