The meeting was held in compliance with MCA Circulars that allow virtual meetings without physical presence of members.

The company availed the voting facility offered by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for conducting both remote e-voting prior to the AGM and e-voting during the AGM. The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote was Tuesday, 23rd June 2026.

The electronic data and relevant records relating to remote e-voting/e-voting at the AGM will remain in the scrutinizer's safe custody until the chairperson approves and signs the minutes of the AGM, after which they will be handed over to the Company Secretary for safekeeping.
