Intec Capital Limited has intimated BSE Limited regarding the book closure period for its upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). This meeting is being conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder, as well as SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 to Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote through remote e-voting/e-voting at the AGM is fixed for Tuesday, 8th September, 2026.
