Integra Capital Limited intimated BSE of its upcoming Board meeting on 18th May 2026 to approve audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
The Board will also consider any other items as may be decided, with the meeting to be held at the company's registered office in New Delhi.
The trading window for insiders remains closed since 1st April 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results.
