The board meeting will consider and approve:

- Limited Review Report on the financial results
- Any other items

Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from July 1, 2026 for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders of the Company. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.
