Integrated Hitech Sells Chennai Property for ₹8.04 Lakh

Integrated Hitech Limited discloses sale of its office property in Chennai, pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The property was sold to Balkees Thahira for ₹8.04 lakh, with the sale deed executed on 11th May 2026.
Board approval for the sale was obtained on 17th April 2026, and the transaction is not a related party deal.
The sale does not constitute a substantial part of the company's undertaking under Section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act.
