Integrated Proteins Board Meeting on May 23, 2026

Integrated Proteins Limited will hold a Board Meeting on May 23, 2026 to approve audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026.
The meeting will include consideration of the statutory auditors' report on the financial results as per SEBI LODR Regulation 33.
The trading window for insider trading remains closed since April 1, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
