Intellect Design Arena Allots 1.16 Lakh ESOP Shares

Intellect Design Arena allotted 1,16,219 equity shares to employees under three ESOP schemes on May 21, 2026.
The allotment increases the company's issued and subscribed share capital to ₹70.01 crore comprising 14.00 crore shares.
Shares were issued under ISOP 2015 (78,946), ISOP 2016 (1,750), and IIPS 2018 (35,523) schemes at various exercise prices.
New shares rank pari-passu with existing shares and the company obtained necessary stock exchange approvals for each scheme.
