Vesting Schedule

• 178,500 RSUs for 18 associates: Equally distributed over the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year from grant date
• 5,000 RSUs for 1 associate: Equally distributed in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year from grant date

Additional Notes

• These are fresh grants and not against surrender of any prior grants
• On expiry of the vesting period, associates shall have the right to convert the RSUs into shares either in full or in tranches at any time during the exercise period as provided under the Scheme
