Intellect Design Arena Grants 976,000 RSUs

Intellect Design Arena granted 976,000 RSUs to 223 associates under its ISOP/RSU 2016 scheme.
The grant was approved by the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee on May 7, 2026.
Vesting occurs in three equal annual installments at the end of the 3rd, 4th, and 5 years from grant.
These are fresh grants with an exercise price of ₹5 per RSU, not against any prior surrendered grants.
