The strategic digital transformation was implemented to strengthen Jameel Finance's field operations and drive growth in the competitive consumer finance market. The platform covers loans for Auto, Consumer Durables, Two-Wheelers, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) offerings.

The deployment includes Loan Origination (LOS), Loan Management (LMS), Loan Collections, and BNPL capabilities. The platform was designed to overcome previous technological and operational challenges while considering applicable regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements.

The implementation was completed in 16 weeks. The deployment does not constitute any regulatory endorsement, certification, or approval by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and remains subject to Jameel Finance's governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
